Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Perform venepuncture and microcollection techniques to collect blood specimens Verify patient identity and match it to lab requisitions before sampling Accurately identify and select appropriate collection tubes (color-coded) per test requirements Maintain cleanliness and workflow of blood collection rooms, ensuring EHS compliance Support hazardous material handling, risk assessments, and safety reporting as per laboratory protocols.
Qualifications:
Certificate in approved phlebotomy program, Medical Laboratory Technology diploma (1?year) or degree in health-related field At least
1-2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience
in a reputable clinical setting Professional license: DOH/HAAD license mandatory, or eligibility to obtain one upon hiringJob Type: Full-time
