Currently, we are seeking a talented Real Estate Tele caller to join our dynamic team and contribute significantly to our continued success in the Dubai real estate market. Responsibilities:
- Call and enquire about the properties with owner / buyer (seller & buye)
- Address inquiries regarding products or the company
- Inquire to grasp customer needs
- Refer prospects to the field sales team as necessary
- Input and maintain customer details in the database
- Receive and fulfill orders accurately
- Put in additional effort to achieve sales targets and enhance future sales opportunities
- Maintain call and client records, and document valuable details.
- 1 year of work experience as a sales/telesales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and research-driven individual.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service.
