We are looking for a stylish and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our clothing retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong product knowledge, and a drive to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment
Assist customers with outfit selections, size fittings, and styling advice
Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and seasonal collections
Recommend clothing and accessories based on customer preferences
Handle customer purchases, returns, and exchanges at the point of sale
Participate in in-store promotions and help set up visual displays
Keep fitting rooms clean and assist with returns from changing areas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Retail or fashion sales experience (preferred)
. Basic numeracy & Cash handling.
. Familiarity with Point of sales
(POS)
Good understanding of fashion trends and clothing styles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Presentable and fashionable appearance
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
