receiving stock orders

managing expired products and returns
. This is a hands-on role that requires physical activity, organizational skills, and previous experience in a similar warehouse or pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming orders from suppliers.
Ensure accurate documentation and storage of received items.
Distribute inventory to pharmacy branches as per internal requests.
Regularly check and document expiry dates across stock.
Collect expired items from all branches and return them to suppliers as per policy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
Coordinate with purchasing and branch teams to ensure stock levels are optimized.
Assist with regular stocktaking and inventory audits.
Preferred Candidate:
Previous experience in a warehouse or pharmacy supply chain is highly preferred.
Familiarity with pharmacy products and expiry management is a strong plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to lift and move boxes when needed.
Punctual, organized, and reliable.
Can work independently and follow instructions accurately.
