Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational functions of the pharmacy department to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance to optimize pharmacy workflow, inventory management, staffing, and customer service. The Pharmacy Operations Manager works closely with pharmacists, technicians, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure optimal service and performance.
Education & Licensure:
Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice.
Experience:
Minimum 8-15 years of experience in pharmacy Operation.
