Description
Our client is hiring an experienced Pharmacy Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operations of the pharmacy department.

Your main tasks:
- Oversees the operations of the pharmacy department;
- Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicine;
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with federal and state regulations;
- Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues;
- Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers;
- Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drugs to treat ailments;
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires;
- Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently;
- Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times;

- Excellent Arabic communication skills;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong time-management and organizational skills;
- Self-driven and motivated to increase efficiency and performance;
- Bachelor of Pharmacy is mandatory,
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) added advantage;
- 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified;
- Proven experience working in a managerial role in a hospital pharmacy required
- Valid MOH license.
