Enter new and refill prescription orders accurately into the pharmacy database/system. Verify patient and insurance information for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all prescription data complies with legal and regulatory requirements . Maintain accurate records of medications and inventory details. Work closely with pharmacists and technicians to clarify unclear prescriptions . Process billing and submit insurance claims through pharmacy software . Resolve data entry errors and communicate issues with the appropriate team . Handle phone calls from patients, physicians, and insurance providers professionally. Support inventory management by logging medication receipts and usage

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or related field is a plus. Previous experience in a pharmacy or medical office preferred. Knowledge of computer excel and data entry work. Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle busy periods
