Job Description
Responsibilities for Pharmacy Administrator with MOH license as Assistant Pharmacist
- Oversees the operations of the pharmacy department
- Responsible for pharmacy stock maintenance and keep records up to date
- Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicine
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with federal and state regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues
- Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
- Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently
- Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times
- Must have MOH license as Assistant Pharmacist
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) from an accredited school preferred
- Proven working experience in a managerial role in a pharmacy required
- Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drugs to treat ailments
- Able to provide clear and concise instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Self-driven and motivated to increase efficiency and performance
- Flexible to work long hours including weekends as per requirments
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Pharmacy: 2 years (Preferred)
