Pharmacist - Store & Warehouse Operations

Supervise the receipt, verification, and storage of pharmaceutical and medi cal products in accordance with MOH and company quality standards. Maintain accurate stock records of all incoming and outgoing medical and pharmaceutical items using the inventory management system. Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, and segregation) for all medicines and medical consumables. Conduct regular stock checks, batch monitoring, and expiry control to maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce wastage. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for replenishment, order fulfillment, and shipment of products to branches and clients. Verify product documentation including batch certificates, COAs, and MOH approvals before acceptance or dispatch. Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance. Maintain detailed records of controlled drugs, near-expiry items, and quarantine stocks in line with MOH and company policies. Assist in preparing product dispatch lists, pick lists, and delivery notes for outgoing shipments. Liaise with suppliers and company departments to ensure smooth warehouse and distribution operations. Train and guide warehouse assistants and helpers in safe handling of medical items and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO). Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are maintained throughout the warehouse at all times.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm or Pharm. D).

Valid MOH Pharmacist License

- mandatory. Fresh graduates or candidates with basic warehouse/pharmacy experience are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and inventory management principles. Attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP/Inventory software preferred). Ability to work independently and in coordination with procurement/logistics teams. Male candidates preferred due to warehouse operational requirements.
