Operations \xc2\xa7 Responsible for ensuring compliance with Pharmaceutical regulations, commercial and service requirements as well as risk mitigation. \xc2\xa7 Responsible to ensure medications are safely stored as per MOH regulations. \xc2\xa7 Preparation of Monthly reports for Controlled Medication for DHA inspection. \xc2\xa7 Manage and regulate storage and distribution of controlled drugs as per MOH regulations. \xc2\xa7 Management and adherence of Pharmaceutical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with MOH legislation. \xc2\xa7 Management of documentation archiving and record keeping in line with MOH regulations. \xc2\xa7 Managing DHA authority quality program (violations & Excellence requirements) with respect to Pharmacy practices. \xc2\xa7 The Pharmacist is responsible for managing the receipt, puttaway to dispensing machine, picking and packing, in order to meet healthcare customer requirements. \xc2\xa7 Responsible for providing excellent customer service while running a smooth and efficient pharmacy distribution process. \xc2\xa7 Work with department managers and key support staff providing guidance and direction as required. \xc2\xa7 Meet or exceed agreed performance standards in the fields of pharmaceutical distribution. \xc2\xa7 The position will direct, assist, support and advise pharmacists assistants, to meet deliverables of PHARMAKDIRECT SLA commitments. \xc2\xa7 Submission of reports specific to pharma operations and customer support services in accordance with specified/agreed metrics. \xc2\xa7 Meet agreed budgets (commitments) and business strategic plans, goals and objectives. Human Resources \xc2\xa7 Carry out formal performance appraisals & one on ones with team members. \xc2\xa7 Regularly meet with pharmacists\xe2\x80\x99 assistants to keep them informed of decisions affecting their areas of operation and to ensure a uniform application of PHARMAKDIRECT\xe2\x80\x99s policies and delivery of services. \xc2\xa7 Train Pharmacist assistants on Pharmacist roles and responsibilities in order to develop their knowledge basis for career development. \xc2\xa7 Identify team members who could progress within the company via the succession planning process. \xc2\xa7 Carry out disciplinary investigations and hearings of Pharmaceutical team members as and when necessary. Service Quality \xc2\xa7 Provide Governance and Assurance activities to monitor the compliance of service delivery & quality management activities. \xc2\xa7 Liaise with customer service representatives on a regular basis providing direct and indirect information to customers. \xc2\xa7 Perform any other additional duties as reasonably requested by CEO. Essential Qualification and Experience \xc2\xa7 Pharmacist Degree holder. \xc2\xa7 MOH & DHA License to practice as a PIC. \xc2\xa7 Minimum of 3-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a role as a Pharmacist within the UAE. \xc2\xa7 Minimum of 5-years\xe2\x80\x99 Pharmacist experience. \xc2\xa7 Thorough experience of all aspects of quality, and occupational health and safety issues particularly as they apply to pharmacy management. \xc2\xa7 Strong Financial, business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
