Qualification B.Pharmacy / M.Pharm Experience Min 3 yrs in Retail pharmacy Basic Salary: RO 275 pm HRA : RO 150 pm Conveyance Allowance: RO 50 pm Other Allowances : RO 50 pm Overtime RO 100 -200 pm ( depend on the extra work) Total Salary package - RO 625 - 725 pm As per company policy, any extra work above 45 hrs each week will be considered as overtime, in addition if any work during official public holidays will be overtime. In addition to the above, medical for self, to & fro air-ticket for self to hometown once a year, 30 days paid leave, cash incentives on selected brands, yearly ex-gratia (as per company policy), gratuity (1st 3 years, 15 days basic salary per year thereafter 1 month salary per year), etc
