Prepares the documentation required for import permit application in MOHAP.
Enters the application of an import permit in MOHAP portal.
Oversee the medical store operations and ensure that the store is operationally fit according to the MOHAP requirements.
Ensures that the products are stored properly in the correct temperature requirements.
Track and manage the expiration date of the products.
Responsible for inventory control of all inbound and outbound shipments.
Responsible for inventory cycle count and yearly inventory stock count.
Inspect all the inbound shipments and ensure that the quality of the product is stable.
Inspect all the outbound deliveries and ensure that the order is packed properly according to the temperature requirements before delivery.
Responsible for filing all the related importation documents, tax invoices, and delivery notes.
Responsible for AR follow-up while correlating with the accounts department and Sales members
Coordinate with internal team to ensure On Time Delivery of orders – Interaction includes but is not limited to Managing Schedules with customer service and communicating with Warehouse teams
Managing and consolidating shipments for the territories covered.
Following up with CS on:
Orders placement
ETA follow up on shipments
Weekly Delivery schedule
Providing PODs post delivery .
Classifying products on MOHAP website
Suggest internal sales process improvements
Registering the company on needed portals requested by customers for tendering and other needs
any other assigned tasks
