Job Description
We are a well-established multi-specialty medical center committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently as per prescriptions Provide patient counseling on medication use, dosage, and safety Review prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and potential drug interactions Maintain proper stock levels and manage inventory Ensure compliance with DOH regulations Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Maintain updated patient medication profiles and documentation Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent Valid DOH Pharmacist License or eligibility Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting Strong knowledge of drug interactions, dosing, and pharmaceutical guidelines Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work responsibly, ethically, and independently
