Key Responsibilities Product Promotion & Sales: Present and sell medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and usage to encourage prescriptions or purchases. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders within assigned territories. Act as a trusted resource by providing up-to-date medical information and addressing customer inquiries. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and potential areas for product growth. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Education & Training: Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and product training sessions. Educate healthcare professionals about new products, therapeutic uses, clinical data, and relevant scientific information. Sales Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
