Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair petrol engine vehicles
Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot engine, ignition, fuel, and electrical systems
Repair or replace faulty components such as spark plugs, belts, filters, and fuel systems
Conduct engine tuning and performance checks
Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper operation
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
Follow safety procedures and workshop guidelines
Assist with breakdown repairs when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Petrol Engine Mechanic
Strong knowledge of petrol engines and vehicle systems
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
Technical certification or vocational training is an advantage
Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment
