Cloud 9 Pet hotel & Care

is urgently in need for Pet Relocation Coordinator with the following

:

Liaise with customers and agents for solutions that helps preparing quotes for transporting their pets. Create surveys, jobs, communicate to customers/agents, invoice jobs, etc. Assist on surveys when necessary to determine shipping requirements (Vaccinations, Kennel size, paperwork, etc) Attend daily planning meeting to review status of ongoing jobs and plan prospect moves in advance. Follow up on quotes that are open by emailing/calling customers and agents. Counsel pet/animal owners to ensure the best ongoing experience regarding their animal relocation(s). Coordinate the shipping / transport method that best satisfies the customer and animal(s) both with cost and comfort for the animal. Liaise with moving operations, customer service reps, sales and the operations manager in order to stay up to date on customer needs, service developments, insurance matters, etc. Ensure submitting understandable quotes in a timely- manner and to ensure meeting service cut-off times. Developing a daily schedule for Pet Transportation driver / courier. Always follow up and confirm / re-confirm appointments with customers. Back up for ground operations on active jobs (import, export and transit) including picking up pets for customs clearance, applying for permits and health certificates at Moccae. Knowledgeable about all the facets of Pet Relocation.

Requirements:

Must like animals (no allergies) and be comfortable around them. Fluent in English language (speaking and writing) Pro-active, enthusiastic self -starter who can work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations. Excellent computer knowledge and quick typing skills. Good at attention to detail . Adaptable/flexible to the changing needs of the business. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. and with UAE Driving License ( preferably) With license in IATA / IPATA ( preferably)
