EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME SECTOR AND MANAGER POSITION IT IS A MUST! Pet Boutique Daycare & Spa it is one stop shop and a premium pet paradise which got a good name on the market in specially in Dubai Marina and near by areas where we are the first Daycare & Hotel for small dogs. With the high quality of our services and costumer care, we had managed to make the brand loved by everyone and to make a big difference in the standards of the pet industry. We are looking for an experienced team leader, customer focus oriented and a pet lover person who will be ready to go extra mile to keep the brand image up to where we managed to bring it. The team it has over 13 staff which works in a perfect relation and help each other as a family! The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging and providing a solutions to customer inquiries through various social media channels and telephone as well managing the team and the daily tasks of the boutique. E-Commerce & Shop inventory:

  • An e-commerce background is a MUST
  • Assist customers on the status of their shipment, outstanding shipments, or tracking
  • Track & prepare orders received from our e-commerce platforms (Website, Now Now, Instashop etc)
  • Monitor the stock and place orders to the suppliers
  • Add new products to out system
Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities:
  • Posting daily on our social media and create content with the materials we are receiving daily from our grooming team and daycare
  • Responding to all clients that have reached us thru social media
  • Engaging in our followers social media activities
  • Marketing and campaigns
Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and social media messages
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Create appointments and follow up with the client to ensure no last min cancelation without prior notice
  • Track and prepare orders from our e-commerce platforms
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers' requirements
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing as well as prospective customers by handling their queries and complaints.
  • Providing quality and timely resolution in line with the established guidelines.
PERSONAL SKILLS
  • Good team leader.
  • Great communication skills with the superiors and team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional phone voice.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to ask professional questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
