experienced and professional male Pest Control Technicians
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be
licensed by ADQCC (Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council)
and hold a
valid UAE driving license
. This role requires field service delivery, adherence to operational protocols, and excellent customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform pest control services at residential, commercial, and industrial sites as per the daily schedule.
Strictly follow the
Technician Duties and Conduct Agreement
including:
Completing all scheduled jobs on time.
Reporting chemical usage immediately after each service.
Submitting accurate
working hours, kilometer readings
, and daily
end-of-day reports
.
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and ensuring safe and professional usage.
Adhering to the
15-minute rule
for client appointments.
Following
service delivery standards
and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Carry out inspections, identify infestation sources, and apply appropriate treatments using approved chemicals and tools.
Use measuring equipment properly and report honestly.
Submit used chemical bottles and materials to the warehouse on time.
Maintain professional conduct and hygiene at all times.
Respect
team equipment boundaries
and ensure proper use of designated ice boxes and containers.
Requirements
Male candidate

ADQCC Pest Control License
- must be valid and approved for work in Abu Dhabi.*
Valid UAE Driving License
- required for field mobility.
Minimum 1-2 years of pest control experience in the UAE is preferred.
Strong understanding of pest biology, safety measures, and chemical handling.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
Physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently under pressure.
Willing to comply with all company procedures, conduct standards, and documentation protocols.
