Responsible for inspecting, identifying, and treating pest infestations in residential and commercial properties. Ensure all pest control procedures are performed safely, effectively, and in compliance with health and safety regulations, while delivering excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations.
Select and apply appropriate pest control treatments, including chemical and non-chemical methods.
Explain treatment plans and safety precautions to clients.
Maintain detailed service records and treatment documentation.
Monitor treated areas to evaluate effectiveness and follow up when needed.
Ensure proper handling and storage of pest control materials and equipment.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies during treatments.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High school certificate.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in pest control or related field preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of pest behavior and control methods, Communication, Attention to detail, Problem-solving, Time management, Customer service, Technical handling of equipment and chemicals.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & ABILITIES:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments.
Willingness to undergo ongoing training and certification updates.
