Pest Control Technician (1 Year Experience / Fresher Can Apply)

We are looking for a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. Candidates with

1 year of experience

are preferred; however,

freshers with a willingness to learn

are also encouraged to apply. The technician will be responsible for providing pest control treatments, conducting inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction while following all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pest control treatments for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment methods. Safely handle and apply pesticides, chemicals, and equipment. Conduct routine inspections to detect pest activity or potential risks. Maintain accurate treatment records and chemical usage logs. Educate customers on preventive measures and follow-up services. Ensure all work is carried out according to safety guidelines and company procedures. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of tools, equipment, and service vehicle.

Key Qualifications

1 year of experience in pest control (preferred),

freshers can also apply

. Basic knowledge of common pests, pest management techniques, and chemical handling is an advantage. Ability to use pest control tools, sprayers, foggers, and related equipment. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently. Physically fit to handle fieldwork, including lifting equipment and working in different environments. Willingness to learn and undergo training as required.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Valid pest control license/certification (if applicable). Experience in customer service or technical fieldwork. Basic understanding of safety rules and chemical handling procedures.
