Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations (rodents, insects, termites, etc.).
Apply appropriate treatments, including chemical sprays, baits, traps, and eco-friendly solutions.
Advise customers on preventive measures and follow-up services.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and chemicals used.
Follow safety protocols and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Operate and maintain pest control equipment and vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; pest control certification/license [if required].
years of experience in pest control or a related field.
Knowledge of pest biology, treatment methods, and chemical safety.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
State-issued pest control applicator license.
