Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a Pest Control Supervisor/Engineer to join our Operations department. As a Pest Control Supervisor/Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all pest control activities within our 600+ properties.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement pest control strategies and programs;

Determine the type of treatment required to eliminate a particular type of pest.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify pest infestations;

Inspect customers\' premises to identify required measurement of the area in need of treatment pest problems.
Communicate with office staff in order to schedule services with customers.
Manage and train a team of pest control technicians;

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations;

Adjust chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.
Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities;

Provide regular reports to management on pest control activities and outcomes.
