Job Description

Job Summary:

A Pest Control Supervisor oversees a team of pest control technicians, ensuring efficient and effective pest control operations. This role involves planning, scheduling, training, and quality control to maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Train new technicians. Assign tasks and schedules to ensure efficient workload distribution. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.

Operational Planning:

Develop and implement effective pest control strategies. Create and maintain detailed service schedules. Monitor inventory levels of chemicals and equipment. Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments and address concerns.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Review service reports and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct regular safety training sessions for the team. Maintain accurate records of chemical usage and disposal.

Financial Management:

Monitor and control operational costs. Prepare and submit accurate reports on expenses and revenue. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of pest control techniques and industry regulations. Proficiency in computer skills, including software for scheduling and reporting. Valid driver's license.
