Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the pest control technicians/crew: assign jobs, monitor performance, ensure safety & quality. Conduct site inspections & surveys to identify pest problems with the technical team. (rodents, insects, reptiles, birds, mosquitoes, etc), assess infested areas, determine correct treatment methods and prepare technical reports. Develop, implement and monitor pest management plans tailored to each client (covering preventive, corrective & monitoring services). Ensure application of treatments, baits, traps, thermal/chemical treatments, larvicides, proofing etc adhere to company/industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Ensure proper documentation: service reports, chemical usage records, equipment logs, monitoring reports, compliance records. Monitor inventory of pest control chemicals, equipment and consumables; arrange procurement and ensure proper storage, handling and disposal. Monitor scheduling of service operations across sites, allocate resources (crew, vehicles, equipment), ensure timely mobilization/demobilization. Train, mentor and support field technicians on pest biology, control methods, safety protocols, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), company procedures. Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance: safe handling of chemicals, proper PPE use, risk assessment, safe disposal of waste, adherence to local legislation. Liaise with clients, respond to complaints, provide technical support, maintain service quality, escalate issues where required. Monitor KPIs and service performance (e.g., number of treatments, follow-ups, customer feedback, infestation rate reductions) and provide reports to management. Stay updated on pest control industry practices, regulatory changes, innovative techniques and bring improvements to the team.

Qualifications Required

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates with the following educational backgrounds: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Zoology B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering

Additional Requirements:

Strong interest in agricultural, biological, or environmental sciences. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, etc.) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in pest control supervision in the UAE.
