Position Overview:
We are looking for an
experienced Pest Control Supervisor
to oversee daily pest control operations, manage field staff, and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage pest control technicians and their daily schedules.
Conduct site inspections and recommend appropriate pest control solutions.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) guidelines and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, chemicals used, and service reports.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety measures.
Requirements:
Valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Supervisor License
(mandatory).
Valid UAE Driver's License
(mandatory).
Proven experience in pest control operations and supervision.
Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
