Supervise a team of pest control technicians and ensure work is performed safely, effectively, and on schedule.
Conduct site inspections to identify pest problems and assess treatment effectiveness.
Develop and implement pest control strategies tailored to specific locations and pest types.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate pest control technicians; conduct performance reviews.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory of chemicals and equipment.
Schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and treatments across client or facility sites.
Respond to emergency pest control issues and provide on-site guidance.
Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, sanitation, operations) to develop integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
Keep up to date with industry best practices and new pest control methods.
