We are looking for a Pest Control Specialist -In-Country hire only. Immediate placement if selected Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be in Qatar.
Must have minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in pest control field. GCC experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles
Experience managing a team of 10 or more employees
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a Business plan by building relationships with Clients
Manage and grow existing customer base by understanding and anticipating customer needs
Inspect properties regularly to identify potential pest problems and recommend preventive measures
Keep accurate records of all pest control activities, including the type of pests found, treatment methods used, and results achieved
Investigate complaints from customers regarding pest problems and take appropriate action to resolve the issue
Develop and implement long-term pest management plans for commercial and residential properties
