Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Dispatch:
Efficiently coordinate and schedule pest control teams, optimizing routes and assignments to meet client needs and operational efficiency.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, confirming service schedules, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Permit and Documentation Management:
Issue work permits and other necessary documentation to field teams, ensuring all regulatory and client-specific requirements are met before a job begins.
Job Management (Odoo):
Utilize Odoo software to its full potential, including creating and managing job cards, tracking work progress, and updating all relevant information in real-time.
Reporting and Administration:
Accurately close job cards and generate completion reports in Odoo upon job completion. Maintain meticulous records and provide regular reports on team performance and job status.
Problem Resolution:
Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical issues as they arise to minimize disruption to operations and maintain client satisfaction.
Team work:
Coordinate with colleagues from other department to upsell, transfer inquiries, comments and feedback, and mostly with finance department to support both parties.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a coordination or dispatch role, preferably within the pest control or a related service industry.
Expert-level proficiency with Odoo software
is a must. You should be comfortable with its scheduling, project management, and reporting modules.
Expert-level proficiency with Outlook & Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all documentation and data entry.
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to think on your feet.
