Job Description

2,000 SR per month base salary + 50% commission from 26th session (av. income 9,700 SR per month) 3-months accommodation + visa + 21 days annual vacation 2-year contract, 156 required sessions per month

Our partner is a leading fitness operator across the Gulf region and is recruiting a significant number of new male and female personal trainers into their clubs; particularly within Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah.

To be eligible for these exciting vacancies; candidates must hold an internationally recognised Level 3 PT certification, have a minimum of three years experience and have worked for an international fitness brand in any developed fitness market (in the capacity of a Personal Trainer). Additional and relevant certifications are desirable whilst a Sports Science / Physical Education degree is beneficial and preferred.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who are comfortable working in a target-driven environment in a large organisation with clearly defined processes and systems. Leads are provided however there is the expectation for the Trainer to be confident in approaching members and selling the benefits of personal training.

Due to the existing size of the business and their impressive growth plans, therein lies fantastic career progression opportunities into management, based upon your own performance. Candidates who do not meet the minimum technical requirements (but are certified) may be considered for the role of Floor Trainer, and therefore are encouraged to apply. This more junior role does pay a higher basic salary of 5,000 SR however total monthly earnings including commissions is less than the role of Personal Trainer.

The ability to speak Arabic is not essential, however candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and understand the cultural differences of moving to a new country. Saudi Arabia is unquestionably one of the fastest growing markets within the global fitness industry and provides significant career opportunity and reward for the successful candidate.
