PERSONAL TRAINER : BAHRAIN We are actively seeking a qualified Personal Trainer for our client in Bahrain on a full time basis. The PT will help clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized workout plans, guidance on proper exercise techniques, and motivation, while also providing advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes. We are looking for somone that is passionate about the fitness industry, has high energy and a great personality Responsibilities included but not limited to: * Evaluate clients current fitness levels, goals, and any limitations or injuries. * Create tailored workout plans based on individual needs and goals, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. * Teach clients proper exercise techniques and form, ensuring safety and effectiveness. * Encourage clients to stay motivated and consistent with their training programs. * Track clients progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed. * Offer advice on nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle choices to support clients fitness goals. * Explain the benefits of exercise, proper nutrition, and healthy habits. * Ensure clients are using equipment properly and following safety guidelines. * Market personal training services to attract new clients. * Maintain accurate records of client progress and training sessions. Ideal candidate: * Certified by a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA, IFA, REPS) * Minimum 3 years of experience * In:depth understanding of exercise physiology and biomechanics * Familiarity with various weightlifting techniques and programming * Certification is EMS is a plus * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and educate clients * Experience with group training and classes * Ability to work collaboratively with other fitness professionals and contribute to a positive team environment * Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on fitness trends and techniques Salary package: BD450:600 + accommodation, transportation and commission
