WE ARE HIRING

FEMALE AND MALE PERSONAL TRAINER

Personalized Training & Coaching

Design and deliver customized workout programs based on individual client goals (fat loss, muscle gain, strength, flexibility, etc.). Conduct fitness assessments, body composition analysis, and goal-setting sessions. Monitor progress and adjust training programs accordingly.

2. Member Engagement & Motivation

Inspire, encourage, and support female clients to stay consistent and committed. Build strong, professional relationships with members to improve retention. Provide continuous feedback, motivation, and education during sessions.

3. Safety & Professional Standards

Ensure all exercises are performed with proper technique to avoid injury. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment. Adhere to all club protocols, including hygiene and equipment usage.

4. Group Class Instruction (if applicable)

Lead group fitness sessions such as HIIT, Zumba, strength training, or functional fitness for ladies. Encourage participation and create an energetic and inclusive class atmosphere.

5. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with the fitness team, reception, and management to support client needs. Communicate effectively with members and report any issues to the Fitness Manager. Assist in promoting gym services and upcoming fitness programs.

6. Client Retention & Upselling

Encourage clients to renew packages or upgrade to personal training bundles. Educate members on additional services like nutrition coaching, massage, or supplements. Maintain high client retention through results-driven programs and positive client experiences.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of client sessions, goals, and progress. Submit weekly reports to the Fitness Manager on client performance and feedback.
