The Elite Health Club is a unique health club community destination and sports facility, dedicated to bringing family members together through a comprehensive fitness journey. We aim to enhance body wellness and health while fostering fun, entertainment, and quality time with loved ones.

What you'll do:

You will play a key role in guiding clients through their fitness journey. You will develop personalized workout plans that cater to each individual's fitness level and goals, and deliver exceptional one-on-one training sessions and group classes. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing customized workout programs that align with clients' fitness objectives. Conducting individual and group training sessions that are both engaging and effective. Educating clients on correct exercise techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition principles. Inspiring and motivating clients to stay committed and achieve their fitness goals. Continuously tracking and assessing clients' progress, adjusting training plans as needed to ensure continued success. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workout environment at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in personal training, with a diverse range of clientele. Specialized expertise in HIIT, core strength, and other fitness modalities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. In-depth knowledge of nutrition, fitness trends, and effective training methods. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Ability to create and implement individualized exercise programs tailored to specific fitness needs. Demonstrated ability to work with clients of all fitness levels, helping them achieve long-term success. Certifications in personal training and specialized training areas (HIIT, core strength, etc.) preferred. With a First Aid Certificate.

Salary:

Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
