1.

Deliver Tailored Fitness Programs with Clear Wellness Paths


As a Personal Trainer, you will create detailed, individualized session plans for each member, ensuring a clear path to their wellness goals. You will track and adjust these plans regularly to ensure continuous progress and alignment with their objectives. Your role is not only to guide physical fitness but also to integrate wellness goals, from strength building to mental well-being.

Encourage Holistic Wellness Engagement


Beyond individual sessions, you will encourage members to embrace Virgin Active's full range of wellness offerings. This includes motivating them to attend group exercise classes, use recovery services like cold plunges and steam rooms, and benefit from the wellness spa. Your aim is to ensure members experience wellness in its full spectrum and visit the club at least twice a week.

3.

Create a Supportive and Engaging Community


As a Personal Trainer, you will build strong relationships with your clients, acting as their coach, mentor, and motivator. Your personality and expertise will help foster a positive, welcoming gym culture, ensuring that every member feels supported in their fitness journey. You'll also contribute to the community by encouraging members to connect with one another, building loyalty and long-term engagement.

Key responsibilities

Develop and Deliver Structured Session Plans


Every session should be carefully planned with the member's specific wellness goals in mind. You will ensure that each training plan is progressive, safe, and motivating, keeping members on track to achieve their long-term fitness and wellness objectives. Session plans should be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure members stay engaged and see consistent progress.

2.

Encourage at least Two Visits Per Week and Holistic Engagement


You will actively encourage members to visit the club at least twice a week and engage with a variety of services. This includes recommending group exercise classes to enhance their fitness experience, encouraging recovery room usage, and promoting the wellness spa for a complete physical and mental recovery routine. Your role is to integrate these services into each member's routine to ensure they achieve holistic wellness.

3.

Track Member Progress and Adjust Goals as Needed


You will monitor each member's progress closely, making adjustments to their training plan as needed. Regular goal-setting sessions with members will ensure they stay motivated, track their progress, and remain focused on their long-term fitness goals. This may include integrating wellness assessments, fitness tests, or goal revisions to ensure their path remains clear and achievable.

4.

Provide Exceptional Service on the Gym Floor


Ensure that the gym environment is welcoming, well-maintained, and supportive of all members. Engage with members on the gym floor, offering guidance, encouragement, and feedback. You will set the standard for service excellence, creating a space where members feel confident and empowered to work toward their goals.

5.

Leverage Personality and Expertise to Build Client Loyalty


As a Personal Trainer, you will use your personality, motivation, and expertise to build strong, lasting relationships with members. You will encourage client retention through positive interactions and ongoing support, creating an environment where clients feel they are part of a community that cares about their progress.

6.

Stay Up to Date and Continuously Improve


Keep up to date with the latest fitness trends, certifications, and wellness innovations. Continuously seek feedback from members and managers to improve your service delivery. Use this feedback to enhance your training methods, ensuring you provide the highest standard of service and the most effective programs for your clients.

Key performance indicators



1.

Session Delivery and Timeliness


Deliver all sessions within the expiry period, ensuring clients receive consistent training. Maintain a high standard of service by adhering to session scheduling and providing personalized care in every interaction.

2.

Member Retention and Engagement


Encourage clients to renew their training packages and maintain an active, engaged membership. Ensure members are attending at least twice a week and regularly engage with other Virgin Active services, such as group classes and wellness amenities.

3.

Session Volume



Achieve monthly personal training session targets set by the Product Manager. These targets will help ensure strong member engagement and contribute to the overall business goals for training session revenue and client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
