AB Fitness Gym is a leading fitness facility in Dubai offering high-quality personal training, group classes, and specialized programs. We are expanding our team and seeking a Certified Personal Trainer who is enthusiastic, professional, and committed to delivering excellent training experiences.
Role Overview:
The Certified Personal Trainer will support members with personalized workout programs, guide them through effective training sessions, and create a motivating and supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, coaching, and member success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized one-on-one training sessions.
Design structured workout plans based on member goals.
Teach proper exercise techniques and safe movement patterns.
Monitor and track client progress with professionalism.
Provide guidance, encouragement, and ongoing support.
Maintain a clean and organized training area.
Participate in group classes or workshops when needed.
Collaborate with the team to enhance member experience.
Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of strength training and functional fitness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, friendly, and professional client approach.
Ability to work with all fitness levels.
Flexible availability for peak training times.
