We are looking for a passionate and certified

Personal Trainer

to join our team and help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing client needs, designing personalized workout plans, providing motivation, and ensuring safe and effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new clients. Develop customized training programs based on clients' fitness levels and goals. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to minimize risk of injury. Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed. Motivate and support clients during training sessions. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the training area and equipment. Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness principles. Maintain accurate records of client progress and session details. Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and certifications. Promote gym services and assist with member retention.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Certification from a recognized body (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, REPs UAE, etc.) CPR/AED certification (preferred or required by law) Proven experience as a personal trainer or relevant role Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire clients Physically fit and a role model for a healthy lifestyle Flexible schedule (including early mornings, evenings, or weekends)

Preferred Skills:

Group training experience (HIIT, functional training, etc.) Experience with different client demographics (e.g., athletes, elderly, youth, women) Sales or upselling experience (packages, memberships, supplements)
