YNAP Middle East is now seeking an exceptionally talented Emirati Personal Shopping Intern to join the Personal Shopping MR PORTER team.

Here is a breakdown of what youll be doing:
Provide a full customer service
xc2xb7 Resolve all daily order issues, returns, stock discrepancies etc
xc2xb7 Liaise with all relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and follow up until completion
Support the Personal Shopper to close sales
xc2xb7 Help with creating dedicated edits for our customers with product images, product details, and pricing
xc2xb7 Outline the service benefits to unengaged customers and make sure the Personal Shoppers follow up with an email/phone call
xc2xb7 Create customer profiles for the team in order to offer the right product
xc2xb7 Ad-hoc stock search and check stock levels of key products
Help the Personal Shopper with stock requests for customers appointments
xc2xb7 Organise and check stock for consignment deliveries to key customers
xc2xb7 Assist with events set up, participation and take down
xc2xb7 Process orders, pre-orders and reservations of product when needed
xc2xb7 Look after a Personal Shoppers customers when on holiday/absent
xc2xb7 Customers list admin maintenance
xc2xb7 Enrol new customers through acquisition projects as required

xc2xb7 Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
