About the Role

We're looking for a

Personal Shopper, Fashion Stylist, or Sales Executive

luxury designer brand showrooms

(such as

Hermes, Dior, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Versace, or YSL

). You have a natural ability to

connect with high-end clients, narrate brand stories with elegance, and close sales with confidence and precision.

As a Personal Shopper & Showroom Sales Executive at LuxuryForYou, you'll represent one of Dubai's most exclusive experiential retail destinations -- a space that merges fashion, technology, and concierge-level service. You'll be responsible for converting visitors into loyal buyers, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing clients with an unforgettable luxury experience from first greeting to final checkout.

This is not a basic retail role -- it's a high-touch sales position for a confident professional who understands the language of luxury and the psychology of buying.

What You'll Do

Sell with Purpose & Precision

Welcome clients warmly, identify their needs, and guide them through collections with confidence. Present designer pieces, explain craftsmanship, and highlight exclusivity and value. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales targets. Follow up with clients to secure repeat purchases and build lasting relationships. Convert in-store interest into online sales through our website (LuxuryForYou.com).

Curate & Convert

Style complete looks using our range of fashion, bags, footwear, and accessories. Recommend upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., matching bags, footwear, or jewelry). Promote limited editions and membership-exclusive products to increase basket value. Guide clients through the Insider Membership Program to encourage loyalty.

Leverage Digital Sales Tools

Confidently demonstrate our online platform on iPad/tablet and assist clients with digital checkout. Conduct short Instagram/TikTok Lives or Stories to showcase new arrivals and in-store experiences. Use WhatsApp or DM follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and close remote sales.

Deliver the Ultimate Experience

Represent the brand professionally on camera during content shoots or live sessions. Maintain the showroom's high-end appearance -- immaculate displays, dust-free products, and elegant lighting. Support VIP visits, influencer events, and private appointments.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

Female candidate with experience in luxury or designer brand retail (e.g. Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Prada, etc.). Strong track record in sales performance and target achievement. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills. Tech-savvy: able to use tablets, websites, and social platforms for client interactions.
