Job Description

A well-established organization in Dubai is currently seeking a Personal Secretary to the CEO. This role is ideal for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can manage executive schedules, travel plans, and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support directly to the CEO.
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and confidential documentation as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems for executive documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Requirements:
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good personality, confident demeanor, and professional attitude.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant is an added advantage.
  • Must be flexible and ready to travel when required.
