Personal Secretary

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff on behalf of the executive

Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required

Coordinate internal and external meetings, and follow up on action items

Handle personal tasks such as reservations and personal appointments

Maintain filing systems and ensure document confidentiality

Track expenses and assist with budgeting and reimbursements

Ensure smooth day-to-day office and personal operations

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Discretion and confidentiality are a must

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Engineering preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Personal Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

* 25% (Preferred)
