Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support to both the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Sales Director. The ideal candidate will be able to manage priorities across two departments with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain calendars for the COO and Sales Director Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate meetings and appointments Send meeting reminders and ensure timely attendance Keep both leaders updated on their schedules, priorities, and tasks Draft, proofread, and revise emails and internal communications Follow up with internal teams on pending tasks and action items Track and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Act as a liaison between senior leadership and other departments Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:



Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively High level of discretion and professionalism Nationality: Philippines Gender: Female
