We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
Executive Assistant
to support our executive leadership team. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate meetings and travel, and provide high-level administrative support to ensure the executive can focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and maintain files and records (digital and physical).
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and task completion.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience supporting C-suite executives.
