Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Organize travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation bookings.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and meeting action items.
Perform personal errands or tasks as requested by the executive.
Requirements:
Proven UAE experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Must be a native speaker- Malayalam.
