Job Description

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for Personal secretary only Female. / Responsibilities: Answering phone calls

  • Organizing travel and itineraries
  • Organizing and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
  • Coordinate arrangements, meetings, seminars and/or conferences as assigned within UAE and internationally.
  • Prepare agenda, reports, presentation, and correspond independently in an effective manner.
Requirements and skills: - Perfect Communication skills. - Must speak fluent English. Any other foreign languages are a plus. - Having good knowledge and experience in accounting is a plus.
  • Salary to be discussed based on qualifications and experience
  • Must be able to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
