Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. Preparing reports, memorandum, draft and other documentations required. Proper filing of documents in soft and hard copy Managing and arranging appointments Have knowledge in Booking hotels and travel arrangements Can handle personal transactions and confidentiality. Skills and Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree Between 20 to 35 years old With pleasing personality With or without experience Good communications skills and quick learner. Organization and time management skills. Ability to use standard software (Microsoft Office, etc). Can manage online transactions.
