Job Description
Sales Generation: Proactively identify, pursue, and convert sales opportunities by promoting personal loan products to potential clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communications. Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the personal loan products, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate these to potential customers, addressing any inquiries and guiding them through the application process. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance and guidance, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable loan solutions. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by effectively leveraging leads, networking, and proactive outreach strategies. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and internal policies. Collect and maintain accurate documentation and information required for loan applications. Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies and provide insights for product development or enhancement. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
