One of our prominent Client is looking to hire multiple Male and Female [Arab and English Speaking] Customer Service Advisors for their Personal Loan / Credit Card Sale Department in Dubai. To qualify for this position you must have 4 years of experience in Personal Loan / Credit Card sale.

Job Responsibilities and Duties: *
- To Sell Personal Loan, Credit Card
- To have excellent telephonic manners
- Excellent Customer Service Skills [keeping in mind to exceed customers' expectations all the time]
- ability work under pressure
- Keep excellent KPI ensuring excellent customer service
- Meeting targets / deadlines with excellent results
- Result orientated
- To ensure that all applications are in proper order before submission for approval.
- To create opportunities and strategy to develop new sales
- Consistently work towards increasing individual or team achievements.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.
- To have best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements.
