Key Responsibilities
Source potential clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and existing networks.
Promote personal loan products and explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Verify customer documents and ensure accurate completion of application forms.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the backend operations team for application processing.
Stay updated with bank guidelines, credit policies, and product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and company standards.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of UAE experience
in personal loans, banking sales, or financial services.
Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of UAE banking/credit guidelines.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
