Job Description

To provide personalized gaming support by assisting with game-related tasks, strategy building, account management, and technical troubleshooting. The role ensures an enhanced and enjoyable gaming experience by offering guidance, in-game support, and personalized recommendations based on the individual's gaming needs and preferences.

JOB LOCATION: FUJAIRAH, UAE



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:



High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in IT, multimedia, or game development is a plus. Strong interest and passion for video games across multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile). Basic technical knowledge of gaming systems, hardware, and software. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus. Supporting gaming consoles (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, PC). Installing, updating, and troubleshooting games/devices. Handling accounts, settings, and storage management. Supporting VR/AR devices (e.g., PlayStation VR, Oculus). Familiar with online stores (PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace, Steam).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Provide technical support for gaming consoles, including PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues. Install, update, and troubleshoot games, gaming devices, and accessories to maintain optimal performance. Manage user accounts, game profiles, system settings, and storage, ensuring secure and organized gaming environments. Assist players with gameplay guidance, including tips, walkthroughs, strategies, and optimizing in-game performance. Set up, maintain, and provide support for VR/AR devices, such as PlayStation VR and Oculus, ensuring compatibility and functionality. Guide users in navigating online gaming stores (PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace, Steam), including purchases, downloads, subscriptions, and account management. Stay up-to-date with new games, updates, patches, and gaming hardware trends to provide accurate and relevant support. Respond to player inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive gaming experience.
