XFit Gym UAE is looking for passionate and certified
male and female Personal
Fitness Trainers
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in fitness training, client transformation programs, rehabilitation workouts, and group training sessions. You will play a key role in helping members achieve their fitness goals while maintaining XFit Gym's high standards of service and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and group fitness training sessions
Create personalized workout plans based on member goals and fitness levels
Guide clients through safe and effective exercises, ensuring proper form
Conduct assessments, progress tracking, and transformation programs
Lead group classes with energy, motivation, and confidence
Maintain a positive, supportive, and motivating gym environment
Educate clients on proper fitness techniques, injury prevention, and healthy habits
Ensure gym equipment is used correctly and safely
Communicate professionally with members and management
Support promotional activities, events, and member engagement programs
Requirements
Certified Fitness Trainer. Minimum Level 3 Certified Trainers. (REPs UAE certification is an advantage)
Experience in transformation, rehabilitation, and group training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients of different fitness levels
Energetic, professional, and passionate about fitness
Availability for flexible shifts (morning/evening)
Preferred
Experience working in UAE fitness industry
Knowledge of weight management & nutrition basics
Multilingual abilities
