Job Summary:

Fintrek Marketing is seeking experienced and results-driven

Sales Executives

with a solid background in

personal loan sales

within the UAE. If you have at least

1 year of experience in the UAE financial sector

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

offered by top UAE banks. Generate leads through

cold calling

, networking, referrals, and field visits. Understand customers' financial needs and provide appropriate

loan solutions

. Consistently meet or exceed assigned

monthly sales targets

. Build and manage strong

client relationships

to ensure long-term business.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of UAE experience

in personal loan sales or financial products. Strong

communication, negotiation, and closing skills

. Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Good knowledge of UAE banking products and market trends.
